*Please allow 24 business hours to cancel or reschedule any appointment as we do have a waiting list. We ask that clients be on the table to begin treatment at scheduled appointment time. Please arrive early to use facilities if needed. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Also, if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms and believe you may be contagious, please reschedule.

HSA/FSA (Health Savings Accounts) can be applied to all treatments and products.

Each insurance policy differs. So, although we do not work directly with any insurance companies and are “out of network”, we will provide you with what is called a “superbill” that has diagnosis codes that insurance companies use to determine reimbursement. This is what you can personally submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if applicable.
